    Insolia

    Sicily, Italy

    Insolia is a grape varietal primarily grown in western Sicily. Notes of Meyer lemon and pineapple form an attractive bouquet while honeydew melon, hazelnut, and apricot make for a satisfying palate. Bright acidity and a silky texture make this white refreshing and well-suited for cheese plates and caprese salad.

    This lovely expression of Sauvignon Blanc offers crisp, clean notes of starfruit and nectarine. A pleasant acidity and light minerality makes this a great summertime pick. Lively and easy-drinking, this white wine will pair nicely with crab ravioli in lemon butter sauce.
