Omaka Springs Estates
Marlborough, New Zealand
Vivacious aromas of passionfruit and pineapple display on the nose. Refreshing and crisp, bursts of tropical fruit highlight a garden array of herbaceous notes, finishing with restrained acidity. Maryland crab cakes are an ideal match.
Viña San Juan
D.O. La Mancha, Spain
A special blend of Chardonnay, Verdejo, and Viura, fresh scents of herbs, apple, peach and tropical fruit display on the nose. The juicy bouquet segues onto the palate, ending on a silky note. Perfect with cod in a white wine saffron sauce.
Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Spain
Fragrances of apple, peach and hints of tropical fruit tickle the nose. Completely unoaked, a short aging on the lees develops the soft and unctuous palate, finishing fresh and clean. Delicious with butter poached salmon.
Côtes du Roussillon, France
This blend of Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah displays aromas of dark berries and spice, accenting the fresh and smooth palate. Undertones of licorice, blackberry and black currant develop into a pleasing and balanced finish. Sip with lamb gyros.
Altos de Tamaron Crianza
D.O. Ribera del Duero, Spain
Deep cherry red with touches of violet, foretelling a palate loaded with black fruit, cocoa, hints of tobacco, and baking spice. The luscious viscosity wraps the palate, prolonging the elegant finish. Pair with an arugula and pear salad, accented with Serrano ham.
An overlay of cedary vanilla accents flavors of ripe currant and plum. The light tannins flow smooth and supple through the juicy palate, complemented by a touch of spice. Enjoy with barbecued baby back ribs.
