  • Nicosia

    Grillo Sicily, Italy

Fresh almond and floral notes lead into the palate, laced with aromatic herbs. Clean minerality and citrus come to the fore in the long finish. Serve with lemon-garlic shrimp skewers.

  • Serra de Estrela

    Albariño Rías Baixas, Spain

Hints of apricot and pear complement a lemon-lime acidity, perfectly blended together with a subtle flowery scent. On the palate, vegetal notes and fresh acidity balance a surprisingly intense wine that is aromatic and rich. Peruvian ceviche is an ideal match.

  • Réserve de la Saurine

    Grenache Blanc Gard, France

Fresh and full-bodied, floral aromatics and an understated minerality deliver a delicious sip. The palate sparkles with notes of bright apple and pear, with a lingering finish that is just a touch spicy. Enjoy with herb-butter roasted chicken.

  • El Circo “Volatinero”

    Tempranillo Cariñena, Spain

Fragrant aromas of cherries, blackberries, licorice, and toffee greet the nose. Juicy and medium-bodied with notes of dark fruit and cinnamon on the palate, with a hint of violets on the finish. Pairs perfectly with a seafood and chorizo paella.

  • Tierra del Sol Reserva

    Carmenere Valle del Limarí, Chile

Fresh aromas of blackcurrant and cherries complement a full-bodied palate and velvet tannins. Well-balanced, the finish is fruity and elegant. Delicious with Mexican barbacoa beef.

  • La Puerta Clasico

    Cabernet Sauvignon Famatina Valley, Argentina

Hints of cherry and blackberry lead to a fleshy, full-bodied mouthfeel. Integrated acidity and firm tannins end in a long-lasting finish. Savor alongside red wine-braised short ribs.
